Gidi, Co-Founder of T&G Kids, has over 10 years of experience in the childcare space, including working within the NDIS sector. Passionate about education, sport, and helping children thrive, Gidi's dedication to fostering growth and development in young people extends beyond the classroom. His background as a competitive athlete, having played in the Victorian Football National Premier League and professionally in Spain, highlights his commitment to teamwork, discipline, and perseverance—values he brings to his work with children and families.

Timmy
Director of Coaching
Timmy, Co-Founder of T&G Kids, brings over 10 years of experience working with children ages 1-16, with a diverse background that includes the NDIS sector, APS schools, and professional soccer academies. Passionate about making education both fun and engaging, Timmy is equally dedicated to instilling a love for movement and a passion for sport in young people.
Timmy’s impressive career as a professional footballer, includes representing Ireland in multiple international competitions and playing professionally in Ireland, England, and within the Victorian Football National Premier League. These experiences have shaped his strong values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance. Timmy is currently assistant head of coach of a Men’s Senior National Premier League team, focusing on player development.

Jeannie
Head of Business Development
With extensive experience leading business development across the USA, Europe, UK, and Australia, Jeannie brings a strong background in sales, marketing, product development, and team management. She has worked with global retailers including Sephora, Ulta, ASOS, and Target, helping to build brands and drive growth in diverse markets. Passionate about creating meaningful partnerships and fostering collaboration, she brings a people-first approach to every project. In the learning and childcare space, she is excited to apply her strategic and leadership skills to support growth, strengthen community connections, and create positive outcomes for children and families.
Mitch has been a valued member of the T&G group for almost 8 years, bringing extensive experience in childcare and a true passion for creativity, fun, and self-expression. Outside of work, Mitch has had an impressive soccer career, representing Vanuatu in several global competitions and playing as a striker in the Victorian National Soccer Premier League for several years. His energy, enthusiasm, and team spirit inspire the kids, as he blends his love for sport and creativity to make every session both exciting and memorable!

Jarrod
Sport
Jarrod is a much-loved member of the T&G team, bringing several years of experience with T&G in the childcare space and a true passion for education. Currently studying a Master of Teaching in Primary & Secondary, Jarrod is dedicated to creating a fun and engaging learning environment where kids can thrive. His enthusiasm and creativity make every moment with the children exciting, while also helping them grow and learn in a playful and supportive way!

JONO
Sport
Jono is a Melbourne-based coach, currently the technical director for the youth teams in the National Premier League (NPL) with Green Gully SC, bringing elite playing experience and a passion for youth development. He has coached boys and girls aged 2 to 18 across Australia and four continents, using sport as a tool to build confidence, teamwork, and resilience. His sessions are inclusive, engaging, and focused on participation, enjoyment, and meaningful challenge. Known for his friendly and approachable manner, Jono creates a positive environment where every child can thrive.

Katie
Head of Music
Katie, originally from the UK, brings over thirty-five years of experience in music and theatre performance to her work in early childhood education.
Holding a degree in Musical Theatre Performance, Katie has performed in more than twelve professional musicals internationally, honing her expertise in both the artistic and pedagogical aspects of the performing arts. As a seasoned choreographer, producer, and writer, she has developed a unique syllabus for T&G, incorporating her original compositions tailored specifically to support the creative and developmental needs of young children. Her approach integrates music and theatre within the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), fostering children’s creativity, emotional expression, and social development through engaging, purposeful, and developmentally appropriate learning experiences.

Alexandria
Music
Alexandria is a Melbourne-based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (piano & guitar) known for her emotive indie-pop sound. With a BA in Music Industry (RMIT) and currently studying a Bachelor of Music, she writes, records, and performs original music locally and internationally. She is deeply passionate about working with children and sharing the joy of music through engaging, high-energy sessions that inspire creativity and confidence. With plans to pursue a Master of Teaching (Early & Primary), she brings warmth, enthusiasm, and a love of learning to every class she leads.

Pieta
Music
Pieta is a talented and creative new addition to the T&G Music team in 2025. A passionate musician, Pieta loves to sing, play the piano, and drums, bringing her enthusiasm and musical expertise to every session. She approaches her teaching with care and creativity, ensuring her sessions are engaging and empowering for children, helping them build confidence and actively participate. With a diverse background in animal care, aged care, and palliative care, Pieta has developed a unique skill set for building meaningful relationships and effectively communicating with individuals of all ages and stages of development. Her ability to connect with people makes her a dynamic and empathetic presence in her sessions.

Caleb
Music
Caleb is a passionate member of our T&G Music team, a Melbourne-based pianist, composer, and bandleader, originally hailing from Tasmania. Caleb completed his Bachelor of Music (Jazz and Improvisation) at the University of Melbourne and is currently studying his Honours. Caleb’s unique approach with the kids keeps them engaged, encourages active participation, and fosters a love for both music and performance. With his fun and dynamic style, Caleb helps the children discover the joy of making music while boosting their confidence along the way!

Christian
Sport
Christian is a much-loved member of the T&G team, having been with the business for 2 years. Known for his easy-going nature and love of sport, he brings out the best in the kids during every session, making learning both fun and engaging. With a passion for sport and wellbeing, Christian plays cricket in the VSDCA league and has recently qualified as an Osteopath, working part-time in this field alongside his T&G commitments. His unique blend of expertise and enthusiasm ensures the kids stay active, healthy, and always having a blast!

Enda
Sport
Meet Enda, the newest dynamo to join the T&G team! With a passion for teaching and a love for sport, Enda has quickly made a splash with his engaging, high-energy sessions that kids can’t get enough of. Drawing from his own football journey in Ireland, Enda brings his experience in coaching young players and knows how to make learning fun. When he’s not on the field, Enda is hitting the books, studying Project Management, and working with football academies across Victoria to inspire the next generation of athletes. Get ready for some serious fun and learning with Enda.

Santi has always had a deep connection to sports, having participated in a variety of disciplines including beach volleyball, basketball, tennis, and padel. However, his true passion lies in football, a sport that has taken him to Spain, Italy, and Thailand, where he has played at a professional level. Currently, he competes in the Victorian Premier League, continuing to develop his skills and love for the game.
With over 6 years of experience working with children, Santi is dedicated to fostering teamwork, personal growth, and social bonds through sport. As a valuable member of the T&G Sport/Yoga team, Santi brings his extensive experience, passion, and commitment to helping children develop their sporting skills in a fun and supportive environment. His greatest joy comes from witnessing the progress of each child, as they learn, enjoy, and thrive in various sports.

Kiara Doyle is a sports coach with over five years of experience delivering high-energy, skill-focused sessions for children. She now applies her expertise to early childhood education through T&G Kids Activities, where she leads EYLF-aligned sports programs. Kiara's sessions transform fundamental motor skills—such as throwing, catching, and balance—into engaging, play-based activities that foster confidence, coordination, and a love of movement. Her approach combines structured skill development with imaginative games, ensuring that every child enjoys active participation and leaves with a smile.

Kristian is an experienced youth football coach from Denmark with over 10 years of coaching across age groups from U3 to U18, including both community and high-performance players. Currently working full-time in coaching, with a strong focus on building confidence, teamwork, and skills in both children and teenagers. Passionate about using sport as a tool for positive development and learning. Kristian brings energy, patience, and a child-led approach to every session. Dedicated to creating fun, engaging, and outcome-driven learning environments.
Chelsea

Chelsea is a passionate singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist (piano and guitar) who loves sharing the joy of music with young learners. Chelsea brings creativity, energy, and experience working with children and youth to every session. With a background in indie music and a love for all things creative, from visual art to graphic design, Chelsea inspires children to express themselves through song, movement, and storytelling. Chelsea helps children build confidence, communication skills, and a love for performance.

Daniel
Sport
Daniel is an experienced and passionate coach with a Master’s in Business Administration and Project Management, bringing a practical and strategic approach to sport in childcare and community settings. As Vice President of Dynamo Melbourne FC and a Participation Officer with Football Australia, he has led programs that have helped grow and improve children’s participation in football. Daniel has also coached with Future Football and facilitated the ELC sports program at St Michael’s Grammar, creating fun, inclusive environments where young kids can build skills and confidence. Backed by his AFC B Diploma, Daniel is committed to helping children thrive through sport.


Siena
Music
Siena is a passionate and versatile creative with a love for all things music and performance. A professional drummer and drumming teacher, she specialises in percussion, with experience across genres like rock, jazz, R&B, heavy metal, and electronic music. She currently works as a session musician, and is also an aspiring DJ and sound producer.
Siena completed her Diploma of Music at just 17 through RSL Awards (London), and now runs her own music school, teaching drums and percussion to children and teens. She also has a background in piano, dance, and musical theatre, with standout moments like performing at Disneyland and leading school productions.
Siena brings warmth, rhythm, and high energy to her sessions—enriching children’s learning with hands-on instruments, creative storytelling, and movement that makes music fun and engaging for all.

Wilmer
Sport
Wilmer is a Colombian Sports Science professional with over fifteen years of experience coaching children and adolescents aged 1 to 20, and he is currently advancing his expertise through a Master’s degree in Strength Training for Team Sports. He has developed strong coaching abilities in swimming, physical education, and especially soccer, drawing on his background as a professional player in Colombia and Ecuador. Wilmer is deeply passionate about teaching and discipline, firmly believing that education is the foundation for building a brighter future for both current learners and generations to come.

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Elise (Ellie) Martin is passionate about fostering creativity, joy, and growth through Dance and Music. Having taught at numerous dance schools across Melbourne, she’s become a well-respected figure in the field.
Ellie’s outcome-driven T&G approach focuses on tailored goals and tangible growth for each child, celebrating their individuality and unique learning styles. With a background in Dance, Singing, and Music, Ellie adapts her methods to nurture both skill development and a lasting love for music and movement, making her an inspiring coach for young learners.

With years of experience both on stage and behind the scenes, she brings energy, creativity, and a performance-focused approach to every class. She enjoys singing and plays guitar, piano, and ukulele, often incorporating live accompaniment into her lessons. Specialising in musical theatre for early learners, she uses a playful yet outcome-driven approach to build confidence, creativity, and self-expression through song, movement, and roleplay. With experience portraying everything from fairytale princesses to theatrical villains, Samantha brings versatility and energy to every session. Her goal is to foster a lifelong love of music and performance in young children while supporting key developmental milestones through the arts.
